Mise En Place

Mise en place is a French culinary phrase which means "putting in place" or "everything in its place." It refers to the set up required before cooking, and is often used in professional kitchens to refer to organizing and arranging the ingredients that a cook will require for the menu items that are expected to be prepared.

Tonight we will be gathering the mise en place for the PA-22/20. Basically, we will be putting all of the parts in a central location, determining worthiness and taking inventory. As with any large project or great meal you have to determine what you have and what you need.

Join the Restoration Team tonight from 5:30 - 9:00 to help gather our mise en place.
